By using TherapyRooms you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Marketplace role

TherapyRooms provides a platform for landlords to list therapy and wellbeing spaces and for practitioners to search, enquire, and book. We are not a party to rental agreements between landlords and tenants.

Landlord responsibilities

Landlords must provide accurate listing information, maintain appropriate insurance, and comply with local regulations for their premises.

Practitioner responsibilities

Practitioners must use rooms lawfully, respect booking terms, and maintain professional standards appropriate to their field.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscription plans and payment methods are described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

TherapyRooms is provided “as is”. We are not liable for disputes between users, property condition, or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
